Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your email box accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, set up mail filters, create autoresponders and shield your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mailboxes against spam emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Simply specify the electronic mail account you would like to forward mail messages from, then specify the target email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
